On the left you will find a list of groups in- and outside of the United States that are actively involved in the process of opposing prohibition. Many of these groups are particularly concerned with the legalization of specific substances and it is important to note that Legalize! works to abolish the prohibition of all mind-altering controlled substances for a variety of reasons that includes but is not limited to the minor harm or even beneficial factor involving some of these substances. We believe that other substances ought to be decriminalized for reasons that are not be sought in any endorsements of the use or abuse of theses substances but the ineffectiveness and harm caused by a War on Drugs policy. However, since the political process is one of compromise and building alliances we list all groups known to us here. |
